Esmat Hassani has extensive experience in social services and facilitation. Currently serving as a pasture facilitator at Madera since April 2014, Esmat has developed skills in community support and program management. Prior experience includes working as a social officer at the Interior Ministry from April 2016 to January 2020, where responsibilities involved distributing identification cards to the people of Afghanistan. Esmat holds a degree from Kabul University, completed between 2009 and 2013.
