Currently serving as a Board Member at OGQ and a Member of the Board of Trustees at Madhi Foundation, Meenakshi also holds the position of Director at The Antara Foundation and Trustee at Oorvani Foundation, which focuses on promoting deep-diving journalism on governance and society. Previously, Meenakshi was the Chief Executive Officer of United Way Chennai and led accounting and donor management at Pratham. Meenakshi Ramesh's educational background includes an MPA in Global Leadership from Columbia University's SIPA, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.

Madhi Foundation is a non-profit organisation working in the education sector and aims to reimagine school systems and eliminate the Foundational Learning Crisis in India by 2030. Established in 2016, Madhi Foundation is committed to the cause of bridging the equity gap in education for children across India and draw our inspiration from the Tamil adage, “vidhiyay madhiyaal vellalaam”, which translates to “destiny can be conquered with intellect (madhi)”. We believe that equitable and purposeful education can be a great leveler for children, mitigating the adverse impact of most social, cultural or economic disadvantages on their future.
