Amy Agnew is an experienced customer service professional with a diverse background in management and operations. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Madico, Inc. since October 2019, Amy previously held multiple roles at IFCO Systems, including Customer Operations Team Lead, where responsibilities included managing high-profile clients across the US West Coast. Earlier, Amy worked as Crew Leader for the U.S. 2010 Census, and was the Director of Destinies Unleashed at NDIC, overseeing a team that supported single mothers. With extensive experience at Essilor of America in various managerial positions, Amy also contributed to sales and customer service roles at Coburn Optical and Central Coast Optical. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Biblical Studies from Faith Christian University.
