Christy Pelletier

Christy Pelletier is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 13 years of diverse experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Madico, Inc., Christy supports employees with HR inquiries, full-cycle recruiting, and training initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as a Benefits Specialist at Ceridian, where Christy managed benefits for approximately 6,000 employees, and as an HR People & Culture Coordinator, addressing HR-related inquiries for over 7,000 employees across the US and Canada. Additional roles at Ceridian and as an Onsite Staffing Specialist at Manpower have further strengthened Christy’s HR expertise. Christy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Muhlenberg College and two Associate Degrees from Lehigh Carbon Community College.
