Lisa Feminella has extensive experience in customer relations and operations management. Currently employed as a Customer Relations Specialist at Madico, Inc. since May 2013, Lisa is responsible for managing both domestic and international window film accounts, ensuring efficient order processing and resolution of customer issues through collaboration with various internal departments. Prior to this role, Lisa served as a Hardware Operations Group Leader at Baxter Healthcare from January 2000 to March 2012, where oversight of group activities and monitoring of schedules ensured operational efficiency. Lisa's experience also includes a position as a Customer Service Coordinator at Baxter Healthcare Corp from 1997 to 2000, where support for problem resolution and collaboration with the IT department were key responsibilities. Lisa graduated from Largo High School in 1987.
