Rawan Alaa

Rawan Alaa is a skilled professional with a diverse background in community management and human resources. Currently serving as Lead Community Specialist at Madinet Masr since April 2022, Rawan has also held the position of Senior Community Executive at the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Specialist at Global Paradigm International School from November 2020 to April 2022, and as a Customer Care Executive at Emaar Misr between 2018 and April 2022. Rawan's initial roles include an internship as a Trainee at QNB Group in July 2017 and an internship in the Finance Department at The Egyptian Natural Gas Company (GASCO) in July 2016. Rawan holds a degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University, attained in 2018, with a commendable performance.
