Martin Gardner, MBA, currently serves as the Global Director of FP&A - Air Quality and Home Solutions at Madison Air since March 2023. Previously, Martin held roles in operational finance leadership at Mars for VCA and was the Director of Finance & IT at IDEX Corporation, overseeing financial strategy and operations for CVI Laser, LLC, as well as interim responsibilities at Warren Rupp. Martin has extensive experience in managing financial operations at Amazon, Cameron - Surface Systems, and Cougar Investment Fund, LLC. Martin’s foundational leadership qualities were developed during service in the US Army as a Ground Surveillance Squad Leader. Educational achievements include an MBA in Investments and Securities and a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston.
