Alicen Franks

Alicen Franks is a seasoned digital marketing professional with extensive experience in project management and client relations. Currently serving as a Digital Marketing Project Manager at Grey Matter since May 2022, Alicen specializes in generating qualified leads through a strategic omnichannel approach. Previous roles include Account Manager at Start Something Bold, where innovative design thinking was leveraged to assist clients, and Project Director at BLDG, managing creative projects for multiple clients. Alicen's earlier experience includes roles at Online Rewards, Brandimage, Ohana Studios, It's A Wrap Ideas, and Fidelity Investments, where foundational skills in customer service, operations, and event planning were developed.
