Jason Norinsky

Jason Norinsky is an experienced legal and corporate executive currently serving as Vice President of M&A at Madison Energy Infrastructure, where responsibilities include leading projects related to acquisition, development, and financing of solar and energy storage initiatives across the U.S. Prior to this role, Jason held positions such as Director of Legal & Corporate Affairs at Lightshift Energy and Deputy General Counsel at Madison Energy Investments, focusing on utility-scale energy storage and energy projects. Jason's background includes significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law, with prior roles at Troutman Pepper, Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Jason also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
