Steven Cunningham

Steven C. possesses extensive experience in finance and consulting within the energy sector and beyond. Currently, Steven serves as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Partner at Madison Energy Infrastructure since February 2019. Previously, Steven held the position of Director of Energy Portfolio Investments at WGL Energy from January 2017 to February 2019, and prior to that, managed strategic finance at WGL. Steven's experience includes a role as Senior Financial Analyst at Engility Corporation and an Associate position at Simmons & Company International, where involvement in corporate finance and M&A advisory for oilfield service and manufacturing resulted in significant transactions totaling over $350 million in enterprise value. Earlier in Steven's career, consulting roles at Deloitte Consulting and Nortel Government Solutions focused on federal energy, national security, and technology services engagements. Steven holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BBA in Computer Information Systems from JMU College of Business.
