Mitchell Lederman

Mitchell Lederman has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Manager of the Customer Center at Madison Gas and Electric since March 2020. Prior to this role, Mitchell worked at American Family Insurance as a Claims Platform Advisor for Casualty, where responsibilities included leading the Guidewire ClaimCenter deployment and driving 125 system enhancements that resulted in significant cost savings. Mitchell also held the position of Casualty Claims Product Program Advisor, focusing on the development of initiatives to improve claims experiences and operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Senior Field Property Loss Specialist and Desk Property Loss Specialist, consistently achieving high performance metrics across multiple departments. Mitchell holds a Master’s Degree from Duke University Graduate School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Duke University.
