Ronald Bauer Ncso

Ronald Bauer, NCSO, currently serves as the Reliability Compliance Manager at Madison Gas and Electric, where responsibilities have included roles such as NERC Compliance and Training Coordinator and Distribution Operations Training Coordinator since March 2013. Prior experience includes a 30-year retirement as the Maintenance Director and Maintenance Squadron Commander with the 128th Air Refueling Wing, Wisconsin Air National Guard, and a logistics leadership role at the 115th Fighter Wing. Ronald has also held training and instructional positions at International Transmission Company and American Transmission Company, specializing in the Systematic Approach to Training. Earlier roles spanned supervision and engineering positions at We-Energies and Point Beach Nuclear Plant and service in the US Navy as an Electrician's Mate. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Political Science from the State University of New York.
