Connor O'Brien

Connor O'Brien has a diverse range of work experience in the information technology field. Connor'smost recent role was as an Information System Administrator at Madison Group Enterprises, where they started in June 2022. Prior to this position, they worked as an IT Support Officer at the same company from May 2019 to June 2022.

Before joining Madison Group Enterprises, Connor worked at Citipointe Christian College Brisbane as an IT Support Technician Level 2 from October 2014 to May 2019. Connor initially started their career in the same company as an Information Technology Trainee from June 2012 to June 2014.

Connor O'Brien completed their education in a chronological order. In 2015, they obtained a Diploma of Information Technology with Networking from TAFE Queensland. Connor then pursued a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Computer Science from QUT (Queensland University of Technology), completing it in 2018. In 2019, Connor enrolled in Griffith University and earned a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Connor also obtained certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In September 2019, they received the ITIL 4 Foundations certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In April 2020, they obtained the FHT 101: Falcon Platform Technical Fundamentals certification from CrowdStrike.
