David Janicek

David Janicek has held various financial and strategic leadership positions throughout their career. From 2020 to the present, they have been the Managing Director at Madison Industries, a globally recognized company focused on creating innovative solutions for customer value. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Filtration Group from 2019 to 2020, and at Madison Industries from 2017 to 2019. David also held roles at Clarcor as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development from 2016 to 2017, and as the Vice President of Corporate Controller from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they worked at Woodward as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis from 2010 to 2012, and as the Group Controller - Airframe Systems from 2009 to 2010. David began their career at S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. as the Manager of Finance from 2006 to 2009, after starting their professional journey at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager of Audit from 1999 to 2004.

David Janicek earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between the years 1995 and 1999. In May 1999, they obtained the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification from the State of Illinois. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and obtained an MBA (with honors) with concentrations in Finance, Marketing, and Strategic Management.
