Michael Sanders, CFA, FRM has extensive work experience in the field of investment management. Michael began their career at Ziegler Lotsoff Capital Management, LLC in 2005, where they worked as a Portfolio Manager for eight years. In 2013, they joined Madison Investments, where they initially served as a Portfolio Manager/Analyst. Michael then progressed to the role of Co-Head of Fixed Income in 2020, before taking on their current position as Head of Fixed Income in February 2021. Michael's expertise lies in fixed income investments, and they have demonstrated their strong analytical and managerial skills throughout their career.

Michael Sanders, CFA, FRM, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Analytical Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they earned from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Economics from Marquette University, spanning from 2004 to 2005. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from St. Norbert College, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
