Jill Urso

Jill Urso has served as a Forensic Investigator at the Madison Police Department since November 2007, following a prior role as a Police Officer for the City of Madison, WI, from May 2000 to November 2007. Jill's early career includes experience as a Commercial Lines Assistant at M3 Insurance from August 1997 to April 2000. Jill Urso holds a Master's degree in Human Services with a focus on Criminal Justice from Capella University, completed between 2002 and 2005, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Northern Illinois University, obtained from 1989 to 1993.
