Eric Lopez

Eric Lopez currently serves as the Resident House Manager at Madison Property Management Inc. since December 2022, overseeing operations at 210 Langdon Street in Madison, Wisconsin. In addition, Eric holds the position of Valet/Bell Staff Attendant at The Edgewater since August 2022, where responsibilities include greeting guests, valet services, and shuttling guests within a 2-mile radius. Eric is pursuing a degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with an expected graduation in 2025.
