Erica Brooner

Erica Brooner has a rich work experience that spans over several years. Erica is currently working as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Madison Reed since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Supply Chain at Helen of Troy's Drybar from January 2020 to September 2022. Before their role at Drybar, Erica worked as the Director of Supply Chain at Drybar itself from January 2019 to January 2020. Erica also has several years of experience at SKLZ, where they worked as a Senior Director of Forecasting & Planning from June 2017 to October 2018, as well as the Director of Supply Chain Planning from September 2015 to June 2017. Additionally, they served as a Demand Planner from September 2014 to September 2015. Erica's earlier experiences include working as a Manager of Operations at ACTIVE Exchange and a Business Analyst at The ACTIVE Network from March 2014 to September 2014 and September 2011 to March 2014, respectively. Erica also held the role of Inventory Manager at LifeWave from October 2008 to September 2011, and the position of Project Manager at UCSB Orientation Programs from February 2007 to September 2008.

Erica Brooner received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Economics with an Accounting Emphasis and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish Language and Literature from UC Santa Barbara in the years 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they studied Hispanic Studies at the Universitat de Barcelona for a year in 2006.
