Chawn Gehr

Chawn Gehr possesses extensive experience in the real estate and adoption sectors. Currently serving as a Marketer and Closer at Madison Settlement Services since October 2015, Chawn focuses on facilitating timely closings for purchase and refinance clients while building relationships with key local stakeholders. Prior experience includes a role as a Contractor, Coordinator, and Team Member in the adoption of Pennsylvania children from foster care, collaborating with local agencies to ensure timely placements. Chawn also worked as a Title Searcher and Lending Contractor at Leidhecker Abstracting and CSM Mortgage, where responsibilities included researching title history and arranging mortgages. Chawn earned a Bachelor's degree from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania between 1991 and 1995.
