Kayode Bentley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kayode founded and served as President of 4T's Teaching Teens To Think from 1992. In this role, they oversaw the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization. Kayode established strategic alliances and partnerships and managed the Board of Directors.

From 1990 to 1992, Kayode attended Borough of Manhattan Community College and obtained an Associate of Arts A.A.S. (Credits) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations during this time.
Prior to that, from 1988 to 1990, Kayode studied at Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology and earned an A.A.S. (Credits) degree in Computer Science.
Before entering college, Kayode completed their high school education at Cardinal Hayes High School from 1984 to 1988 and received a Diploma in General Studies.
In addition to their formal education, Kayode has also obtained various certifications. In June 2010, they completed the Solaris System Performance Management (SA-400 S10) certification from Oracle University. Furthermore, in November 2007, they obtained a Business Analyst Certification from B2T TRAINING, LLC.
