Shragi Malinowitz

Shragi Malinowitz is responsible for all of the culture related activities and programs in the company. This entails spearheading and maintaining programs that engage employees on a group and individual level. Mr. Malinowitz also focuses on onboarding new employees and guiding them into groups and programs which will complement the growth and happiness of the employee within the company. It is our philosophy that a positive and growth oriented culture are key to our success in maintaining happy and satisfied employees as well as hiring new employees. Mr. Malinowitz, together with the staff of guidance counselors he manages, works on a day to day basis with employees and directly impacts employee satisfaction and retention. Mr. Malinowitz holds a Masters degree from BMG Rabbinical College. Beyond his work at Madison, he is active in family, community and charitable activities.
