George Willis

George Willis is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Madix, Inc. since December 2023, George previously held significant roles at TRIARC TANK, including Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Director of Manufacturing. George also contributed to Trinity Industries, Inc. from June 2013 to November 2018 in various capacities, focusing on continuous improvement, manufacturing operations, and business process enhancements. In addition to practical experience, George has engaged in academic and professional organizations, such as the Industrial Engineering Advisory Board at the University of Houston and the Institute of Industrial Engineers. George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
