Lauren Jones

Lauren Jones is an experienced professional currently serving as a hostess at Madonna Inn since July 2024. Previously, Lauren held significant roles at Cal Poly Racing as Electronics Lead and Electronics Member, where notable achievements included designing three PCBs and developing a Graphical User Interface (GUI). As a Summer STEM Counselor at the Aerospace Museum of California, Lauren educated over 500 students in STEM disciplines. In leadership positions at Echelon Catapult, Lauren co-founded the organization to promote STEM education within underserved communities, culminating in a role as CEO. Additional experience includes leadership in programming and operations for St. Francis Robotics and Cybersecurity teams, along with lifeguarding and swim instruction. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and has participated in the BeaverWorks Summer Institute at MIT.
