Elizabeth Prough is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as Interim Dean of the Graduate School and Center for Research at Madonna University since January 2007. Prough has held various positions at the institution, including Associate Dean of the College of Education and Human Development and Program Director for Political Science, and has progressed through roles from Assistant Professor to Professor and Chairperson. Previously, Prough served as an Adjunct Lecturer at both Eastern Michigan University and the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and as an Adjunct Instructor and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Wayne State University. Prough holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Political Science and Government from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from St. Mary's College of Ave Maria University.
