Paul Baan

Paul Baan currently serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board at Madoqua Ventures, focusing on the development of Power-2-X projects related to hydrogen production and derivatives. Additionally, Baan owns and consults for Balarex, facilitating business transformations in the energy and manufacturing sectors. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Proton Ventures and Transhydrogen Alliance, where expertise in Power to Ammonia projects was centralized. Baan has held senior positions at Ørsted, E.ON, Johnson Controls, Emerson Process Management, Invensys, and TKH Group, cultivating extensive experience in energy efficiency, project management, and strategic sales. Educated at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Baan holds an engineering degree.
