Robert Blante

Robert Blante has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and operations field. Robert began their career in 1996 as an Equipment Engineer at Heartport. In 2003, they joined Foxhollow Tech as an Engineer and Equipment Engineer, Manager. In 2008, they were appointed Director of Operations at Powervision Lens, where they developed a manufacturing database and was responsible for scheduling build orders. In 2013, they became Director of Operations at Capnia, Inc. In 2014, they were appointed Manufacturing Manager at Phoenix Research Labs, where they documented and developed processes for assembling retinal imaging microscopes, Image-guided OCT system, Image Guided Focal ERG system and Ganzfeld ERG system. In 2015, they were appointed Director Of Manufacturing Engineering at Cardiokinetix, where they managed a team of two assemblers and a manufacturing technician to build cardiovascular implants and catheters. In 2017, they joined InCube Labs as Senior Manager Manufacturing Engineering. In 2018, they became Senior Director of Operations and Manufacturing Engineering at Madorra Inc.

Robert Blante attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1987 to 1993, where they earned a BS in Engineering.
