Ahmed Hanoon

Ahmed Hanoon is an experienced professional in the fields of information technology and project management. Currently an Adjunct Professor at Bergen Community College since February 2020, Ahmed teaches IT fundamentals courses to undergraduate students. Additionally, since May 2018, Ahmed has held multiple roles at MADRE, including Grants Compliance Manager and Iraq and Information Solutions Coordinator. Previous experience includes serving as Project Director at the City University of New York School of Law, IT Instructor at Job Corps, and Program Officer with the International Medical Corps. Earlier roles span IT administration and program management at the International Commission on Missing Persons, where responsibilities included overseeing government grants and managing civil society initiatives. Ahmed Hanoon holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Engineering from Al-Nahrain University.
