Wendy Isaack is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in gender justice, international law, and human rights advocacy. Currently serving as a Senior Gender Justice and International Law Fellow at MADRE since September 2023, Wendy previously held the position of Senior Advocacy Coordinator at Just Associates. A significant tenure at Human Rights Watch as a Researcher spanned from March 2016 to July 2022. Additional roles include Programme Officer with the Office of UN SRSG on Sexual Violence in Conflict and Adjunct Professor at CUNY School of Law. As a Human Rights Specialist at UN Women, Wendy contributed significantly to CEDAW-related projects and policy formulation.
