James Buckley

James Buckley, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting at Madrigal Pharmaceuticals since April 2024. Previously, James held the position of Finance Manager at Comera Life Sciences, where responsibilities included overseeing SEC filings, managing the close process, coordinating audits, and optimizing financial models. James also worked at The Siegfried Group, contributing as an Associate Manager to process enhancements and financial reporting, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Assurance Associate, where work involved substantive testing and compliance with US GAAP. James began professional training as a Writing Center Tutor while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Merrimack College.
