Karthik Chandrasekar

Karthik Chandrasekar, PharmD, currently serves as the Director of Global Medical Affairs – Operations & Excellence at Madrigal Pharmaceuticals since September 2025, while also functioning as a Venture Partner at GoingVC since August 2024, where responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating startup investment opportunities. Prior to these roles, Karthik held various positions, including Senior Engagement Manager at Envision Pharma Group and Two Labs from August 2021 to September 2025, and Associate Consultant at Triangle Insights Group, where Karthik executed over 20 client engagements that produced strategic insights for executives in the healthcare sector. Karthik's academic contributions include serving as a Guest Lecturer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and as an Advisor for the Carolina Graduate Consulting Group. Karthik holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Certificate in Regulatory Affairs from Duke University. In addition, Karthik gained recognition as a Forbes Under 30 Scholar in 2019.
