Óscar Úbeda Caballero

Óscar Úbeda Caballero is an experienced project management professional, holding PMP and PRINCE2 certifications. Since November 2000, Óscar has worked at Instituto Nacional de Tecnica Aeroespacial (INTA) in various roles, including project manager for European projects and head of the Meteor program management office, focusing on scientific and technical cooperation.
