Rubén Linacero Encinar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and innovation, currently serving as a program manager at Fundación para el Conocimiento madri+d since December 2018, where responsibilities include supporting technology-based startups in the Community of Madrid and managing the Business Mentor certification.
