Sebastian Spector is a professional with extensive experience in international cooperation, research, and educational quality assurance. Currently serving at CSIC in the Internacionalizacion department since January 2024, Sebastian promotes R&D proposals and supports the consolidation of international project offices. As an expert for Fundación para el Conocimiento madri+d since May 2023, Sebastian advises on university education organization and quality assurance processes. Additional roles include expert work at AACID focused on international cooperation projects, and experience as a Technology Transfer agent at UNIR. Previous significant positions include serving as a presidential advisor for the Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación and coordinating various technological and scientific initiatives. Sebastian holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in International Cooperation from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and relevant training in public policies from Harvard University.
