Jennifer Barker leads the expansion of their operational capacity and drives process efficiency.

Barker brings over 25 years of property insurance claims processing and TPA experience. She has several years of experience in the claims space and held various senior leadership positions in this field. Barker has a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Insurance Risk Management from Missouri State University and is also Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma certified.
