Kyle Calian

Kyle Calian is a Creative Producer at Madwell. Prior to joining Madwell, Kyle was a Project Manager at Magic and Director of Retail Operations at Arcadia Earth.

At Magic, Kyle collaborated daily with the Account Manager and the creative team to advise on marketing angles for copy and design. Kyle also set up projects and teams in all systems, built out task flows, and assigned team members and due dates in Asana.

At Arcadia Earth, Kyle curated the retail shop and experience at the Arcadia Earth Museum. Kyle also grew the store to over 60 vendors and led the store to over $250k in retail sales in the first four months of operations. In addition, they led the communication design and buildout of the entire museum as well as much of the marketing copy, leading to over 70k visitors and over $2.5M in ticket sales.

Kyle Calian has a Master of Fine Arts in Design for Social Innovation from the School of Visual Arts. They also have a BA in Environmental Science/Graphic Design from American University. They attended Fox Lane High School and have a certification from Whole Systems Design in Permaculture Practioner.
