Kyle Dawson

Kyle Dawson has been working in the IT industry for over 10 years. Kyle started their career as a support engineer with Index Engines and then moved into management with McCann Health. In 2015, they became the IT Director at LeadDog Marketing Group where they oversaw the company's IT infrastructure and budget. In September 2017, they transitioned to their current role as IT Director at Madwell. In this role, they are responsible for supporting 400 employees across the USA, including 4 primary offices and 25% remote workforce. Kyle also manages the budget for the Northeast region and has experience migrating from PBX to VOIP phone systems.

Kyle Dawson's educational career includes certification from Microsoft in Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, and MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory Configuration. Kyle is also certified from CompTIA in A+, Secure Infrastructure Specialist, Security+, IT Operations Specialist, and Net+.

Kyle Dawson reports to David Eisenman, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Justin Gonsalves - Director, Client Operations, Chris Sojka - Co-Founder & CCO, and Mike Cargian - Director of Technology.
