Matt B. serves as the Board Member, President, and CFO at Blankfactor since March 2022, while also advising as an outsourced CFO and holding the position of Chief Financial Officer at Madwire® since November 2018. Additionally, Matt acts as an advisor for Cheba Hut "Toasted" Subs and was previously a Board Member at North Star Leasing Company from January 2018 to April 2021, as well as a Board Observer at Leadpoint Business Services from October 2018 to October 2020. From February 2013 to November 2018, Matt was a Principal and Vice President at Copley Equity Partners LLC, a Boston-based private equity firm focused on small and lower middle-market businesses. Educationally, Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College and an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
