Shir Radiano Lavee

Shir Radiano Lavee has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. They began their career at the Israeli Air Force, serving as an Operations Officer from January 2012 to February 2015. Following this, they joined Herzog, Fox & Neeman as a Law Intern from September 2019 to January 2021, and later as an Associate from January 2021 to August 2021. Currently, they are working at MAËLYS, where they started as a Project Manager in September 2021 and transitioned to a Product Manager role in May 2023.

Shir Radiano Lavee attended Reichman University from 2015 to 2019. During this time, they pursued two Bachelor's degrees simultaneously. Shir obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a general focus. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, specializing in Law. In February 2022, Shir obtained a certification as a Design Sprint Facilitator from RED-ID.
