Michael Clayton

Michael Clayton is a seasoned professional specializing in Cyber Security and Compliance, with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Cyber Security Regulatory Specialist at Maersk Line, Limited since August 2019, Michael oversees global Cyber Security and Cyber Crime regulations, particularly in Asia, the Middle East, and the Far East. Previously, Michael founded Clayton Security Limited, providing consultancy and ISO audit services, and held multiple security roles at Virtualstock, niu Solutions, and MLL Telecom, where responsibilities included implementing ISO 27001 compliant Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), GDPR compliance, and conducting risk assessments. Michael has a Master’s degree in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of South Australia.
