Douglas Lagame

Douglas Lagame, PMP, currently serves as the Chief Operating & Commercial Officer at Maersk Supply Service, leading key functions including commercial, operations, technical, regulatory, and compliance since February 2017. Notably, Douglas successfully led the spin-off of the Brazil business, managing contract novations and the establishment of a new legal entity as part of the Brazil Business Carve Out Project. Prior experience includes roles at Expro as Petrobras Global Account Manager and Latin America Region Subsea Completions Product Line Manager, as well as various project and management positions at Schlumberger. Douglas holds a degree in Electronics from Cefet/RJ and has completed executive education at Wharton, alongside numerous training programs in management, finance, and project management.
