Baptiste Boryczka has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Baptiste began their career at BFM as a sound operator from May 2001 to October 2002. Baptiste then worked as a sound operator at Beur FM from November 2000 to October 2002 and later became a technical manager at the same company from October 2002 to August 2003. Baptiste then transitioned to KiSS Technology, where they worked as an escalation engineer from November 2003 to August 2005. Baptiste joined Cisco as a project manager from August 2005 to August 2011. After that, Baptiste joined CP Kelco as an IT security and project manager from September 2011 to July 2018. Baptiste currently holds the position of head of technology and CIO at Maersk Tankers, starting in September 2021, after previously serving as the head of IT security and architecture from June 2020 to September 2021, and as an IT security manager from August 2018 to June 2020.
Baptiste Boryczka obtained a Master Certificate in Project Management from ESI/George Washington University in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they completed a BTS degree in Audiovisual with a specialty in sound technologies from Lycée Henry Martin in 1998-2000. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the CISSP certification from (ISC)² in March 2018, the ITIL Foundation certification from ITIL in 2014, the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2012, and the CCNA certification from Cisco Systems in September 2008.
