Jan Tore Knutsen is an experienced professional in operational performance and human factors, with a robust background in both military and civilian sectors. Since September 2017, Jan Tore has served as the Head of the Simulation Division and Managing Director at Maersk Training, where Jan Tore also held roles as Operations Manager and Chief Instructor in Human Factors. Previous roles include operational leadership and training specialist positions at Stålkontroll and Check-6, focusing on business development and performance improvement in the Oil and Gas industry. Jan Tore's military career spans over two decades with the Norwegian Armed Forces, specializing in operations planning and communication security, and includes significant projects with NATO. Jan Tore's educational background includes military officer training, complemented by high school studies.
