Agustín Demarco currently serves as the Head of People Function and E&LR Lead for A.P. Prior to this role, Agustín held positions such as Sr. People Partner at A.P. Moller - Maersk, Cultural Hacking Leader at Globant, and Partner at Hacking HR. Agustín also has extensive experience at LATAM Airlines in various HR roles focused on talent integration, training, and organizational development. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Economics and a degree in Human Resources from the University of Buenos Aires, complemented by additional certifications in agile methodologies and organizational learning.
