Caroline Garcia is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in the cold chain and reefer logistics sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Cold Chain Europe at A.P. Moller - Maersk since March 2025, Caroline previously held the position of Global Head of Reefer Product at CEVA Logistics from June 2019 to March 2025.
