Fai Lam

Fai Lam is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in information technology management and project oversight. Currently serving as the Head of the Information Technology Department at LF Logistics since November 2018, Fai has held various managerial roles including Senior IT Manager and IT Manager. Prior experience at DHL Supply Chain Limited spanned over a decade, where Fai progressed through positions such as IT customer solutions manager and project manager. Earlier roles included programmer positions at Acelab Technology Limited and NetSoft Limited, focusing on CMS development and application programming. Fai holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and an ITIL certification, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science Information Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
