Ida-Marie Skotte

Ida-Marie Skotte is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales excellence and operations. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Excellence Europe at A.P. Moller - Maersk since April 2022, Ida-Marie has also held the role of Customer Retention Lead during M&A Integration, focusing on customer experience and communication. Prior to A.P. Moller - Maersk, Ida-Marie was an Independent Business Owner at MotherGroup, which fosters community among new mothers. Educationally, Ida-Marie holds a Master of Science in Strategy, Organization, and Leadership, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Management Accounting and Process Management, both from Copenhagen Business School.
