Irene Lee Ranstorp

Irene Lee Ranstorp currently serves as the Global Head of Product Academy & People Academy at A.P. Moller - Maersk since February 2023. Previously, Irene held various senior roles at Danske Bank, including Critical Capabilities Team Lead and Chief Consultant in People & Culture, where responsibilities involved developing learning processes and tools to enhance employee development. A strong background in learning and talent development was established at Ørsted, where Irene focused on digital learning and information security training. Irene's extensive experience includes roles in management consulting, employee experience, and training across multiple organizations, including DONG Energy, nnit, and ScanJour. Academic credentials include multiple degrees in Chinese Studies and International Relations from Aarhus University and University of St Andrews, complemented by various professional courses in e-learning and adult pedagogy.
