Katie Gausepohl is a seasoned professional in human resources and benefits management with a robust background in leading benefits strategies and HR service centers. Currently serving as the Director of Benefits & HR Service Center and formerly holding roles as Director, Benefits & Payroll and Benefits Manager at NetJets, Katie has extensive experience in designing and administering health and welfare benefits. Previous positions include Senior Manager - Benefits & Organizational Wellness at Navigator Management Partners and various roles at The Limited, including Sr. Benefits Manager and Benefits Manager. Katie's career began with a grounding in recruiting and human resources support at Limited Brands and other organizations.
