Isabel Dolp

Isabel Dolp is a Sustainability Enablement Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk since September 2021, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the sustainability knowledge of the global sales force, focusing on decarbonisation discussions with customers. Prior roles at Maersk include Commercial Sustainability Manager, where Isabel cultivated partnerships to promote decarbonisation in supply chains, and Sustainability Analyst, supporting customer sustainability targets. Isabel began their Maersk career in 2019 as a Student Assistant, expanding roles in Customer Mindset and Commercial Sustainability. Previous experience includes internships in marketing and online marketing at companies such as Levi Strauss & Co., PLAN A CREATIVE MEDIA INC, and We Make IT Easy, along with early internship experiences at Fraport AG and PSD Bank Hessen-Thüringen. Isabel holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Global Business Management from the University of Augsburg, complemented by study abroad programs in Spain and the United States.
