Lorenzo Giliomee

Lorenzo Giliomee is an experienced senior leader in people development and organizational capability, currently serving as People Director and Global Head of Front Line People Solutions at A.P. Moller - Maersk since April 2022. Previous roles include European Head of Learning and Development at Amazon, interim Head of Learning at Saga plc., and upskilling lead for the NHS Professionals' Covid-19 Test and Trace program. Lorenzo's extensive background also includes leadership positions at O2 (Telefónica UK), AkzoNobel, and VINCI, with a foundational career as a Naval Officer in the South African Navy. Lorenzo holds an MBA with distinction from Oxford Brookes University, alongside multiple postgraduate qualifications in HR and Learning Development.
